1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of vehicles via the Rennsport Warehouse-collection.com platform and at our physical location.

2. Products

We specialize in used and collector vehicles. Each vehicle is sold in the condition described and inspected by our experts.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Euros (€). In Andorra, IGI (General Indirect Tax) applies where applicable.

4. Payment

A deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. The remaining balance must be paid in full via bank transfer before delivery.

5. Delivery

Vehicles can be collected at our Warehouse in Andorra. International delivery can be arranged upon request at the buyer’s expense.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Andorran law, there is no automatic 14-day right of withdrawal for the sale of used vehicles between professionals or individuals unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

7. Warranties

Warranties are provided in accordance with Andorran civil law regarding hidden defects.

8. Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Principality of Andorra.
